The Joneses are a full live Smiths tribute show, not a stripped-down covers set. Our five-piece lineup includes two guitarists, recreating Johnny Marr's layered guitar parts note for note, alongside a theatrical, Morrissey-style frontman who brings the stage presence, the flowers and the singalongs that made the original shows so memorable.
We play sets that work for pubs, clubs, festivals, weddings and private events alike — adjusting length, volume and staging to suit the venue and the occasion, while keeping the same attention to detail throughout.
Where we play
We're based in London and the South East, and play regularly across London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hertfordshire. We also travel further afield for the right event, with previous shows in Birmingham and Manchester, and we're happy to discuss bookings elsewhere in the UK and Europe.

The Joneses are a five-piece Smiths tribute act formed in October 2016, based in London and the South East. With two guitarists, they authentically recreate the sound of The Smiths, including the Craig Gannon era widely regarded as the band at their peak.
